For your peace of mind, why not have us deal with the important steps in renting your property from advertising and rent collection, right through to the ongoing management of the tenancy arrangements. We are willing to tailor the service to meet your specific needs so that together we can achieve the most ideal outcome for you

Our property management service is available for:

– Initial one-off fee equivalent to 2 weeks rent (deducted from 1st months rent)
– 10% monthly rental income as rent is collected

Find Tenant only Arrangement

This fee covers finding the tenant only with the landlord being responsible for ongoing management of the property.

The cost of this service is a one-off fee equivalent to 3 weeks rent or 8% of annual rental income

Rent Collection Service

This is a service provided by Bluefield Estate Agents whereby rent is collected monthly on behalf of the landlord

Our rent collection service is charged at 5% of each monthly rental income as it is collected
